Automatics for IPS

    To increase the automation of pumping stations (IPS) ‘Gal-Automatics’ offers automatic control system based on frequency converters LS Industrial Systems and EMHEATER.

Automation IPS provides:

• Automatic support a predetermined fluid pressure value at the output of the pump station or a tank level control (to within 0,1Bar) due to the smooth change of pump performance via the frequency converter and the cascade connection / disconnection of the pumps;
• The energy saving of 30-70%;
• Automatic cascading of additional pumps in low productivity workers (cascade control)
• Automatic alternation of the pumps included in the work to ensure equal operating hours of electric motors and pumps;
• Soft start and stop adjustable pump motors to avoid pressure shocks in the pipe;
